This song really hit me today. I think, in general, people are in a frantic hurry to get things done, but the other extreme is being lazy. It's pretty rare for me to see someone with who's balanced: diligently working (not stressed!) and then, when everything's done, just sitting back and enjoying life.
I'm talented; capable of both extremes almost simultaneously. :P I'm working on becoming balanced.

Wow...I'm talented at both as well. We have so much in common. I just am so laid back till the last minute, then I'm rushing to meet deadlines. I suppose I should get out of that habit. :)
I was listening to that song earlier. I didn't delve into the meaning though :D
I'm like that too. Laid back until the last minute. Then I run frantically away and hide.
Jess: Once you get out of the habit you can be my coach/motivator and help me stop. :P
Enil: I usually don't delve into meanings either.... especially with country music. =D
Matt: I wish hiding worked for me... maybe I just don't hide well enough. =P
Matt does yoga regurally for the sole purpose of easily fitting into odd-shaped hiding places.
